Made using the finest ingredients by Michelin level chefs, simlpy cook your meat until it's nearly done and then add the sauce with a touch of water and you've got the taste of Gymkhana at home.
This Butter Masala is the classic North Indian Curry sauce made with slow cooked tomatoes, fenugreek and Kashmiri chillis.
The sauces can be used on their own or for a delicious curry, but for the full Gymkhana experience, marinate your meat in any of their marinades before cooking to add real depth of flavour (2 servings per jar).
