These beautiful sirloin steaks are cut from the loins of Ex-dairy Cow. These are cows that have been retired from their milking lives and in previous times were consideed not the best eating. However, these cattle are put out to pasture from anywhere between 2 to 5 years they develop deep flavour and some incredibly delicious fat and make for supreme eating.
