These geese are truly free range birds. Roaming the grassy meadow and woodlands with a large pond on the farm in Kent, these geese are reared slowly the traditional way, hung and then dry plucked. Deep & rich in flavour goose is perfect for that traditional Christmas dinner and cook your potatoes in the fat from the bird for the perfect roasties!
