Beef Short Rib
Dry-aged beef short ribs are a delicious and melting cut of beef that has become a firm favourite. They are very versatile as they can be slowly braised or cut thin and barbecued Korean style or smoked on the BBQ.
They will be prepared as a single portion but they can be prepared as a rack for larger portions - just pop a note in the Meat Notes section at the checkout if you want them as a rack.
