Unlike many butcher these days we work with the whole carcass. Using traditional methods our expert butchers break down whole beasts meaning we can offer any cut you desire.
Grass-fed beef & lamb
All our beef and lamb is grass fed. Free to roam the fields of Sussex and Kent chewing the grassy pasture leads to meat with a superior flavour. Grass-fed meat is better for you and the environment.
Dry aged beef
We hang our carcasses in our special dry ageing room where they are aged for a minimum of 21 days – some prime cuts we will age for up to 45 days. The process of dry ageing produces tender meat with an unrivalled and deep, beefy flavour.
