Cockerels (capons) are perfect for that big Christmas gathering for those non-turkey lovers or for devout cockerel lovers for that matter. Our free-range cockerels come from Fosse Meadow who are, in our opinion, the finest poultry producers in the country. They are grown on for over 3-months, hung and then dry plucked meaning these slow maturing birds develop a wonderful deep chicken flavour. Portion sizes include some leftovers.
