This boned and rolled loin of Premium Grass-Fed Lamb is a stunning centrepiece. It is easy to cook and easy to carve with a lean centre protected by a delicious covering of sweet fat around the outside. You can have it as a single loin (approx 600g for 3 people) or a double loin (approx 1.2kg for 6 people).
