This Barfields favourite is a classic combination of North African spice with premium Sussex lamb and beef make for a real treat. Made using a blend of dried spices, fresh chillies, onions and herbs these sausages will liven up any dinner and are also delicious for breakfast with poached eggs to help blow the cobwebs away!
